Nathanael D. Mellum,

Quick Bio: Nathanael D. Mellum, PMHNP BC

Nate Mellum is a Northern Nevada native, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and the founder of Mellum Family Psychiatry, where he provides psychotherapy, medication management, and mental health care for children, teens, adults, and families. He has served across outpatient settings, crisis units, and hospital environments, including consultation on medical floors and in emergency departments. Nate is a devoted Christian, a husband of thirteen years, and a father of three. His spiritual life deeply shapes his understanding of emotional health and resilience, and he is passionate about helping people integrate their faith and mental well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, weightlifting, reading, writing, time with his family, cold plunging, and skateboarding.
